Chursächsische String Soloists

The Ensemble

The Chursächsische String Soloists, founded in 1993 by the first chair musicians of the Chursächsische Philharmonic, have established an exceptional reputation across Germany and Europe over the last decade. The ensemble's artistic goal is to authentically perform literature from the Early Baroque Period through the Viennese Classics up to contemporary music. Specific highlights include the Oevre Mozarts, as well as the much-loved serenade concert "Eine kleine Nachtmusik", performed in historical costumes and by candle light in the unique atmosphere of the King Albert Theatre Bad Elster.
